১৪ এপ্রিল থেকে ফেক আইডি নিধন শুরু করেছে ফেসবুক সিকিউরিটি টিম। এই অভিযান চলবে আগামী ছয় মাস। ফেক নিধনে রিয়েল আইডিগুলো ও পার্মানেন্ট ডিজেবল/ডিলিট করে দেবে। যাদের আইডিতে নিজের ফটো, নাম্বার, ইমেইল অ্যাড নেই। ইতোমধ্যে অনেকের লগইন করলে আইডি লক দেখাচ্ছে। কিছু সিকিউরিটি কুয়েশ্চন দিচ্ছে।
যেমন… লগইন করলেই আসবে we need you to confirm identity. নিচে continue তে ক্লিক করে পরের স্টেপে গেলে যাদের নাম্বার অ্যাড নেই, তাদের নাম্বার অ্যাড করতে বলবে, এতে কোনো ধরনের বাইপাস করার ওয়ে নেই।
আগে কোনো আইডিতে অ্যাড হয়নি এমন একটা নাম্বার অ্যাড করে continue তে ক্লিক করে মোবাইলে আসা কোডটি খালি ঘরে বসালেই আইডি ঠিক হয়ে যাবে। আবার যাদের নাম্বার অ্যাড আছে তাদের আইডিও এমন লক হতে পারে।

:তখনও প্রথম continue করার পর মোবাইলে কোড আসবে, আর সেই কোড বসালেই আইডি ওকে হয়ে যাবে। যাদের নাম্বার, ইমেইল অ্যাড আছে, সব ঠিক থাকার পরও এমন লক হতে পারে বা প্রথমবার উপরের মতো লক খোলার পরও এমন আবার হতে পারে।

তারপর সঙ্গে সঙ্গে আইডি ঠিক না হলে আপনাকে ৭২ ঘণ্টা অপেক্ষা করতে হবে। এর আগে আইডিতে লগইন করতে পারবেন না। :ফেসবুকের দেয়া মেসেজ আপনার ইমেইলে আসার আগ পর্যন্ত। এ লকের আওতায় বা ফেক অভিযানে পড়বে, যাদের আইডিতে নাম্বার অ্যাড নেই নিজের ফটো নেই।
