  • The holder of the debit card must be enrolled as a beneficiary of the bKash account in order to transfer money using the mobile app.
  • Debit cardholders and any bKash user can quickly transfer money to the appropriate bKash account using their information by utilizing the QPay mobile app.

How to Add Beneficiary:

  • The customer needs to log in to the QPay mobile app. If it’s their first login attempt, the user must register.
  • Debit cardholder customers can log in to their account through QPay mobile app.
  • Login to QPay Mobile App > Click on “Add Beneficiary” > Select 'Beneficiary Type' > Select Beneficiary's Bank or Financial Institution > Enter Card or Account Number > Enter User Name > Click on 'Confirm' Button > Your Beneficiary was added successfully.
  • To review the Beneficiary information, select Card > Select Beneficiary > Listed Beneficiary Information will be displayed.
  • If the bank or cardholder wants to remove the bKash account from the beneficiary list, - Select 'Beneficiary' > Select 'Wallet Number' > Select 'Unlink Card/Account.

How to Transfer Funds:

  • Login to QPay mobile app
  • Click on 'Wallet Transfer' > Click on 'Fund Transfer' > Select Linked Card by clicking on 'Select Source' > Select Customer Linked Bank Account by tapping on 'Select Destination' > 'Next' Click on > Click on 'Generate OTP' > Enter OTP > Your transaction is successful.
  • If the account fulfills all the conditions, the money will be credited to the bKash customer’s account.
  • If the transaction fails, the Rupali Bank customer will receive a transaction failure notification, but the bKash customer will not receive any notification.

Access Interfaces:

The notification that the bKash customer will receive:

  • bKash customers will identify the transaction as 'Bank to bKash'.
  • bKash customers will receive the following SMS on the registered bKash number – “ You  have  received a deposit  of    30,000  from  RBL  Fee  Tk.  0.00.  Balance  Tk.  200,000. TrxID XXXXXXXXXX at dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm”

Qualification:

  • A bank account customer can increase the cash flow in the bKash account by transferring funds to any active bKash account.
  • Additional limitations are not applicable on bKash’s end in respect of said services; detailed transaction details of all services are given in the next section.

Limit:

  • In case of transfer to the bKash account -

The limit is merged with the cash-in limit for the beneficiary/ bKash account holder.

  • In case of transfer from the Rupali Bank mobile app QPay -

Currently, a customer can transact up to BDT 30,000 per day and the monthly transaction limit is BDT 3,00,000.
