Robi Points is a Loyalty Benefit that customers can accumulate on their regular usage and engagement with the MyRobi App. The points can be redeemed with Robi Products and Gift items.

How Can I get Robi Points?

You can opt-in to the program by purchasing any pack from My Robi App

You can opt-in to the program by dialing *1213*2*2# or send SMS “Reg” to 1213 (free)

You will have to register only once to the program

You will have to use minimum BDT 200 this month (incl. Taxes) to get Points on next month’s usage and so on

You can get points on your everyday spend! Start accumulating points on every 5TK spend (Excl.taxes)

You can get points everyday by logging in to MyRobi App.

Get boosted points by maintaining weekly and monthly streaks of daily usage (>10MB usage or an outgoing call)

Who are eligible to earn the Points?

All Robi customers (both prepaid & postpaid) will be eligible to get Points provided they have opted in and used minimum BDT 200 in the previous month. You can also auto opt-in to the program by purchasing any pack from MyRobiApp.

How will I check my point balance and expiry?

You can check your points balance and expiry anytime from MyRobiApp or by typing BLC and sending a free SMS to 1213.

How will I redeem my Points?

Visit MyRobi App to check redemption products or Dial *1213*2*4# for redemption options

Can I opt-out from this program to stop earning Points?

Yes, you can. You need to type UNREG & send 1213. By doing this, you can stop yourself from getting any point.
