Embedded SIM (eSIM) is a form of SIM card that is directly embedded into a device, removing the need for a traditional SIM card.
2- How to purchase or activate eSIM.
- Choose your plan.
- Choose a mobile phone number.
- Complete the biometric authentication.
- Enable internet connectivity on your mobile device.
- Scan the QR Code on the given toolkit.
- Follow the procedure outlined for your device.
3- To convert your conventional SIM card into an eSIM, you may either visit the local Robi Service Center with your eSIM-enabled smartphone and complete the standard SIM purchase process, or you can visit the Robi Online Shop and convert to an eSIM using the procedures below:
- Request for eSIM migration
- Complete the biometric authentication
- Enable internet connectivity on your mobile device.
- Scan the QR Code on the toolkit.
- Follow the procedure outlined for your device.
4- If you wish to replace your mobile device, follow these procedures to keep your eSIM:
- Enable internet connectivity on your mobile device.
- Deactivate and remove the eSIM profile from your old device.
- Scan the QR code with your new smartphone
- Follow the procedure outlined for your new handset.
5- Will the package offer for eSIM and physical SIM be the same?

7- How many times can the QR code of eSIM be scanned
Multiple times.
8- What to do if the QR code or eSIM installed handset is lost or stolen?
You have to replace the sim. To replace the SIM you are requested to contact Robi WIC.
9- Can physical SIM and eSIM be used in the same device?
Yes, it will if your device supports it.
10- What to do if the device is factory reset?
The eSIM profile will be deleted automatically, so you need to scan the QR code again.
11- Can the same eSIM be used if the handset is changed?
Yes, it can be used by removing the eSIM profile from the current device and then scanning the QR from the new device.
