ক্যারিফরওয়ার্ড সুবিধাটি শুধুমাত্র মাই রবি অ্যাপের মাধ্যমে কেনা ৭ দিনের মেয়াদের প্যাকের জন্য প্রযোজ্য। বর্তমান প্যাক থেকে অবশিষ্ট যেকোন ডেটা ব্যালেন্স অ্যাপ থেকে কেনা পরবর্তী ৭ দিন মেয়াদী প্যাকে যুক্ত হবে।
ক্যারিফরওয়ার্ড-এর সীমাবদ্ধতাঃ
ব্যবহারকারীরা মাই রবি অ্যাপের ইন্টারনেট বা বান্ডেল সেকশনে একটি ৭ দিন মেয়াদী প্যাক থেকে অন্যটিতে ডেটার অব্যবহৃত ব্যালেন্স নিয়ে যেতে পারবেন। কিন্তু ক্যারিফরওয়ার্ড সুবিধা অন্য সেকশন বা অ্যাপে থাকা ক্যাম্পেইনমূলক অফারে স্থানান্তর করা যাবে না।
মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণ এবং রিনিউয়াল:
একই বিভাগ থেকে কেনা পরবর্তী ৭ দিনের প্যাক মেয়াদের মধ্যে ব্যবহার না করা হলে ক্যারিফরওয়ার্ড সুবিধা শেষ হয়ে যাবে। ক্যারিফরওয়ার্ড সুবিধা উপভোগ করা চালিয়ে যেতে, ব্যবহারকারীদের বর্তমান প্যাকের মেয়াদ চলাকালীন একই প্যাক রিনিউ করতে হবে।
Terms & Conditions:
Eligibility:
The Carryforward campaign is available to all Robi customers who have an active connection and access to the My Robi App. Users must have purchased and activated a 7-day validity pack from the Internet Section or Bundle Section of the App to be eligible for carryforward benefits.
Carryforward Validity:
The carryforward facility is applicable only for 7-day validity packs purchased through the My Robi App. Any remaining data balance from the current pack will be carried forward to the next 7-day validity pack purchased from the App.
Carryforward Limitations:
Users can carry forward the unused balance of data from one 7-day validity pack to another within the Internet Section or Bundle Section of the My Robi App. However, the carryforward benefits cannot be transferred to other sections or promotional offers available in the App.
Expiry and Renewal:
The carryforward benefits will expire if not utilized within the validity period of the subsequent 7-day pack purchased from the same section. To continue enjoying the carryforward benefits, users need to renew their pack within the validity period of the current pack.
