Answer: Eligible doctors will get an SMS containing a USSD Code to avail of the offer. The code is *212*9000#, you have to dial the code once only.

Question: I have not received the SMS but I am a COVID-19, registered doctor?

Answer: Following are the three-part answer to the query:

• If you are other operator customers, you have to port-In to the Robi network to avail of the offer.
• If you are a Robi subscriber then you can dial *212*9000# to see if you can avail of the offer and
• if you still cannot avail of the offer DGHS did not share your MSISDN with us

Question: I am using GP/BL/Teletalk number, how can I avail of the offer?

Answer: You can place your request now to send a representative to your location to Port-in/buy a new sim and latch to our network. To place an order call our customer care number.

Question: I have got the offer, but I cannot use the data?

Answer: You need to have the internet enable the device to be able to browse, or you need to check if your SIM is in the first slot or not. Or else you can try restarting your phone. (if none work, please contact our customer care).

Question: I had got the offer in the first month, what to do in the second month to continue using the data?

Answer: The data pack is auto-renewal at zero cost, the pack itself will renew every month without any customer action.
